Bloodletting in cooperation with the Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC)

​This January 10, 2017, the very special day of our beloved Mayor Nora T. Modomo, and the LGU- Santa Igancia sponsor a Bloodletting in cooperation with the Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC)

Voluntary blood donation is one way of inculcating care and concern for one another specially from among our poor constituents. Being poor is not an excuse for doing charitable works for the good of our kababayan in need. In addition, our LCE, Nora Modomo wishes to develop this character among Santaguinians and desire that our town be recognized as the “BLOOD DONOR CAPITAL OF TARLAC”
