Had a great time meeting new brothers and sisters, socializing with different SK officials and youth leaders from different towns, and of course, new learnings and skills acquired through our very knowledgeable and well-versed speakers and facilitators from DILG Tarlac and Tarlac Pdrrmo . 👌
